I had so much fun working on this wedding with Jacquie for almost a year, during most of which Paul was deployed. I liked her already just based on her name :) but when she showed up to our initial consult with a binder full of wedding inspo and details (down to fabric swatches) I knew we were a perfect match and that all good things were ahead! Their wedding was everything Bourbon, bow-ties and seersucker. They had a formal church wedding but they really wanted their reception to feel laid back so they invited their guests to be comfortable when they arrived. Some guests changed into sun dresses or shorts and I think even spotted a pair of Americana chubbies shorts on one guest. There were lawn games and barbecue, string lights and even a dress change by the bride that contributed to the reception's laid back atmosphere. I would do this wedding again in a heartbeat! Such a great team of vendors and the funnest group of guests! And of course, Jacquie and Paul who were so in love and so great to work with!
