I'm a VA based wedding planner who runs on sweet tea and snuggles from my boys! One of my goals is to bring a warm, friendly atmosphere to the wedding planning process. Some of my favorite things are Pinterest, podcasts, and salt & vinegar chips!
You might often find me working from Starbucks, hanging at the beach with my three boys, enjoying a movie night on the couch with my love or finding some "me time" getting lost inside of a TJMaxx or Homegoods. I love a good home decorating show. Can I please be Joanna Gaines when I grow up? Maybe the wedding planning version? If you asked me what I'm most thankful for in my life I'd have to say my family, this career that I LOVE and the grace that I'm given every day!

PASSION
My mission during any wedding planning process or on any wedding day is to provide peace, excellence and moments. I’m a middle child of four which means that I’m a natural peacemaker. Weddings can be stressful, and people have opinions, and it’s my desire that my presence will bring a sense of peace and calm to everyone involved. I’m also a little obsessed with the idea that you will look back on your wedding day with nothing but fond memories. I want to help to eliminate any “woulda, coulda, shoulda’s” so that when you think back to one of the most special days of your life you only remember the precious and special moments and memories. I want to help plan and execute your wedding day to perfection. Finally, I want my presence to allow you to sit back and soak in every precious moment, rather than stress the details. My desire is that you would be able to lean fully in to every second that such a momentous day holds.
FAMILY
I’ve lived in beautiful coastal VA since I was two and I'm currently lucky enough to live close to my parents and all 3 of my siblings and their families. I met the love of my life at James Madison University. He runs the best local ice cream company in Virginia (Lolly’s Creamery) and I always tell him that I cannot imagine anyone loving me better than he does. He's seriously the best… and bonus, he does all the cooking! We have three amazing boys, James - 9, Holden - 8 and Weston - 3, who light up our lives. They have personality for days and the most adorable dimples you’ve ever seen!
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a concentration in special events. From there I took a position working as a catering director at the Norfolk Yacht and Country club. I began coordinating weddings independently within months of leaving that job and haven't stopped since! That was over 12 years ago which means that I have plenty of years of experience for you to glean from!
